- Send us simply an order-form, some hair samples and a used hair system,    we can make an exact copy of it.                1. Print the order form and fill it out.                2. Some hair samples                  (take samples from each side and back, keeping them separate,                  and tape them to the appropriate spots on the order form)                3. Used hair system.     - You should receive the new hair system about in 4 weeks with the used one.

If possible, a photo of yourself with an idea of how  you like to                    wear your hair.      - You should receive the new hair system in 4 weeks with the used one.

All orders are shipped via Fedex Express and are delivered directly to your door in approximately 4 weeks.

If you have any questions about how to make a template, we will promptly respond to your inquiry by e-mail or fax. Upon KTS Inc. receiving your custom order, a confirmation notice will be mailed to you. If you are not 100% satisfied with the hair system, simply return the unit,   uncut and unaltered in any way, within 60 days of receipt, for a prompt   refund, no questions asked.
