you may return it to us. Upon receipt of your order, review all items.

If our products are factory error, simply return the unit, uncut and unaltered in any way, within 60 days
of receipt, for a prompt refund, no questions asked.

We guarantee the quality of our Custom Systems to meet or exceed the quality of our competitors.
We guarantee our price to be the lowest for what we are offering. Our Custom Systems are guaranteed
to be made to the exact specifications of the order form or they will be exchanged without cost penalty. Products which are cut, worn, or used in any way may not be accepted.

Factory errors will be evaluated and corrected in a timely manner.

Your refund will be processed when the item(s) being returned have been received. In order for you to receive full credit, the items(s) must be unworn, undamaged and returned within 60 days of receipt. Shipping charges are refundable. We appreciate and encourage your feedback, but all comments, suggestions, ideas, information and other communications you transmit to us about this Web Site or its content (except for personal Customer Information and Order Forms) shall be deemed nonconfidential.
